About BlueIQ
BlueIQ is a KPI dashboard that helps healthcare institutes streamline processes related to patient communication, employee performance tracking, revenue monitoring, and more from within a unified platform. It allows staff members to view daily scheduled appointments based on multiple criteria, such as patient name, case type, appointment time, provider name, and required procedure.
BlueIQ enables team members to automatically send appointment confirmation emails and birthday messages to optimize patient show rates and overall engagement. It lets supervisors manage overhead expenses, monitor profits, and track team and employee goals based on organizational requirements. It allows employees to maintain a centralized database of patient details with information, such as name, age, gender, upcoming visits, family details, phone number, and other relevant notes. Additionally, business leaders can build custom dashboards to gain insights into production rate, monthly trends, and revenue.

It has been great. It has helped me gain control of practice data and learn to improve our processes and easily see how the practice is doing in one place. And I no longer have to spend long hours doing data entry or having staff spend hours doing data entry- it pulls directly from the software we use.

Set-up was easy, but having team members who aren't tech savvy use it on a daily or even weekly basis was a struggle. The platform is easy to navigate if you are adaptable with new software, otherwise, it takes a lot of training. Team was pleasant enough, but weren't able to correct the number discrepancies.

Good starting point, improvements required.

Overall experience is quite good as the program does track statistics which would otherwise be difficult/time consuming. Customer service is slow to respond and we often have to re-ask the same question. We have been told things are "being looked into" and then never hear back. The trainer, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (I think), is very good!
