Easy migration

Pros:

I liked that everything transferred correctly without extra efforts. My emails, files and contacts were all organized in the new system as soon as the migration finished. The clear steps and progress updates made the whole process simple to follow, and i felt confident that the data was being handled safely.

Cons:

The lay out could be a little easier to navigate for new users. That is what i dislike in the platform.

Pros:

During full-company migrations, the software's ability to manage thousands of things simultaneously without losing structure is quite helpful. I really like how it logs every step that is finished in a transparent manner.

Cons:

For smaller teams, the first learning curve is a little steeper. For that short videos with tutorials would be helpful

Good Tool - Worst Support

Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management

The Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..

Cons:

Worst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.

Product promised great and testing was good, Pre Sales rep was very good, even post sales he tried to help but he was hands tied by the management.

Dear Sathya, you are correct. Respons time for free support is 8 business hours and done by mail exclusively. (But usually support is answering within 1 hour). This is documented everywhere in our website, redisplayed when you are opening a ticket. When our SLA are not meeting your expectations, we propose a dedicated consultant (paid services, and sometimes 1 or 2 hours may be sufficient) to give you access to phone calls, remote sessions, deep analysis, expertise of our consultants , high level expertise that cannot be delivered by support.

Cloudiway offers strong professional features.

Overall i mostly see it's use in data security and continuity such as in internships and research projects. However it's cost and complexity makes it less useful for regular academic works.

Pros:

Cloudiway is genuinely very helpful to me as it balanced my internships and research work at the same time. Its seamless data synchronisation and data migration is beneficial for me because it made it simple to switch between collaborative tools and institutional email addresses during internships and research. It also reduces the chances of losing any files, drafts or important documents by keeping emails and calendars safe. This feature saved my time and efforts as I work with several teams and at different platforms.

Cons:

The functions and interface are a little complicated as I don't have any experience or background with IT. Additionally the cost for individual use is very high and the licensing model is not student friendly.

I like how coexistence characteristics make it possible for both new and ancient systems to work together. Long-term shifts become much less stressful as a result.

Good tool, but harder to use

My experience with Cloudiway was mixed. It does the job, but it doesn’t feel smooth or simple to use. For experienced admins it's easy to use. You need to spend a lot of time learning how things work before getting results.

Pros:

Cloudiway supports many migration types and works with different platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Once everything is set up properly, the migration runs fine and can handle large amounts of data without crashing. The core functionality is solid.

Cons:

The initial setup is little bit confusing if we are new to cloudiway. Error messages don’t explain much, so fixing issues becomes little bit hard. Scheduling and customization are available but not easy to manage.
