ConnectPointz vs TrueCommerce EDI Solutions: Which is best for you?

We got started with Connectpointz within a few days of signing, and have been rolling out new connecitons on a weekly basis, with very low effort from our side and minimum need of "unnecessary" interactions with the UI.

Really no major issues with their service, if I had to pick one negative, it would be

The knowledge regarding integrations with JTM's specific ERP system is extremely helpful when we run into integration issues or certain mapping difficulties.

Honestly, it is difficult to find something that is a not a positive experience with TrueCommerce. If i had to point one con out it would be i wish we could implement more of our order processing through them.
