Pros / Cons
  • Domo's new consumption pricing model solves the problem of paying for numerous extra features, and it brings a lot of flexibility to allow customers to control their costs.
  • It can also be confusing figuring out how to request to join a card/project if you don't know who the owner is, or having to contact them outside the platform since the notification system doesn't always seem to... notify people.

  • We were looking to build campaign based reports for our clients; campaigns typically last anyone from 3-6 months, and typically involved multiple channels. As TapClicks offered a wide array of integrations with the platforms we needed (LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, plus the option to integrate more "manual" data sources via Google Sheets)
  • Unfortunately we found the platform to be not very user friendly, even for some of our more technical users (note: not data scientists, just savvy digital marketers) when compared to a variety of other tools we've used in the past, including Supermetrics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, DashThis, PowerBI and so on.
