Pros:

The web service integration and documentation was very easy. We had a functioning integration setup in a few hours with the ServiceNow platform.

Cons:

At first, we couldn't use the custom filters built our security team to scrub specific data out of communications. This has since been resolved due to the fast response from the development team.
