Pros:

The "set it and forget it" nature of the tool. Once the audit is complete it truly is a breeze to keep an eye on things as soon as they break.

Cons:

The long time to see results the first time. It is conservative in how much traffic it needs to see before it shows you results.

Being able to compare the history of any two specific days, not just yesterday, 1 week ago and 1 month ago An UI where an user could execute "SQL" queries over an specific view for each customer which are above "the real database tables" of Trackingplan
