    Effective meetings through our computers and phones.

    With Azeus Convene we had greater acceptance when it came to holding virtual meetings, since with the functions that this software has, it allowed us to maintain team collaboration in high quality standards, in each session we have happy participants, since we can specify any action at through our screen. We share documents and spend less on printing, sheets and ink, it is a software that has a high image resolution and good audio quality.

    It is a good software to meet digitally with work members or clients, it is easy to create meeting invitations, the notifications are good, I like the digital whiteboard because we can write anything during the meetings, the audio quality is good, the system of surveys is excellent, shares the necessary documents digitally and ensures that our information is protected.
    Cons:
    Without a drawback, it is a software that due to its ease of use allows rapid deployment between departments, there are few problems and the scheduled meetings have been positive.

    Since the introduction of Convene in December 2024, the team has adopted it quickly. It removed a lot of tedious tasks for our team. Easy to schedule meetings, manage them and pre- and post-meeting tasks became straightforward.

    We were using different software and tools to manage meetings and share meeting documents. The Convene is convenient for us. It has removed a lot of paperwork and made the process more secure, fast, and easy.
    Cons:
    It's a bit costly compared to its competitors, but it's worth it as it does its tasks well. Pricing could be better.

    During meeting schedules, it's important to keep organization down to the most important of details. My experience with Convene is that, as you attend meetings with other executives, the value for money presented with the tools is invaluable, as navigating these rough waters without them is tough. Leaning to use these tools to keep things safe and secure for the privacy of every member involved is not easy, but very rewarding when considering they're all part of the team, and every member contributes something valuable.

    Convene allows for effective board management on a lot of areas that need it, such as allowing for sharing multiple documents or sharing votes directly online. By having such a robust selection of features, Convene makes meetings much more engaging for all board members present.

    Customer support can vary from time to time, as contacting the support team when things go wrong can sometimes be delayed when you need help, and technical problems are always at the forefront.

    Super easy to use. I had training in the beginning and have not needed any further training and its 8 years later! Training is offered regularly and support is great.

    Everything for our Board of Trustees is kept in one place for all to access. Board meetings with papers helps elimnate printing - which is great!
    Cons:
    There is absolutely nothing I can fault this software with. Its a great software product!

    I like the Agenda building as it is really simple but effective, the ability to write notes which you can then transport into Minutes, the review rooms for minute review, and the surveys function.
    Cons:
    The layout of the Minutes template is a bit clunky to adjust. We have had this discussion with our account manager so they are aware. I think the underlying logic makes it difficult to change but if this could be improved it would be really useful.

    Convene is simple to use. I like that it's a secure way to send papers and access can be restricted for individuals. Everything is well-organised and thought of.
    Cons:
    Convene would be better if the action log was better integrated into the meeting pack - i.e. if the the action log could be generated as a paper which could be automatically included in the pack - and if the action details weren't lost when you bring them forward into the next meeting (currently I do not use the action log for these reasons). If the agenda times could be broken by sub-item that would be a helpful improvement. And a few things in the admin section can be difficult to find.
