Diligent Boards vs Knowa: Which is best for you?

As I've started “not flipping through the organized piles of board materials” in preparation for my meetings, using Diligent Board but one secure repository to manage everything has been a game changer for me.

Although certain aspects of the interface are somewhat antiquated and some of the features such as Search etc, take a bit of time to get used to. And there is an occasional lag during peak times of the day when I’m trying to push through rapid fire updates.

Knowa makes my life so much easier. When acting as a trustee across multiple schemes, I need to store, search for, retrieve and share current and historical scheme info in a readily accessible and secure way, run meetings, collaborate with colleagues / advisers and sometimes seek online decisions.

Perhaps the only issue for me has been in the appearance of Excel in View mode and the need to convert to PDF format which doesn't always work well.
