Streamlining our Operations with Zenphi - A Game Changer for our Logistics Workflow

Zenphi has solved a number of inefficiencies in our Workflow processes, particularly in automating manual works such as Order tracking, Invoice and Inventory Management. By automating these repetitive tasks, we've been able to focus more on strategic decisions and improve customer service. For instance, Order updates are now automatically communicated to both our Team and Clients, reducing human errors and delays. This has significantly streamlined our operations and freed up time for our staff to concentrate on higher-value activities.

What I love most about Zenphi is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. As a Logistic Company, we rely heavily on Google sheets, Gmail and Drive for our day-to-day operations, and Zenphi automates our processes effortlessly without needing complex coding. The user-friendly drag-and-drop interface allows my team to quickly build workflows, and the ability to trigger actions based on real-time data is a massive time-saver.

Cons:

While Zenphi had an Incredible tool, I think it could benefit from more advanced repeating features. Although, it provide some insightful metrics, having more customizable dashboard views will help us better visualize the impact of our workflows and identify potential bottlenecks more easily

The software is built around Google Workspace which is great for orgainzations whose business has Google as their core software suite.

Cons:

Some of the the flow elements can be confusing to understand for a non-technical user. But after a little trial and error testing workflows this has proven to be a minimal hindreance.

The product is not bloated with things we dont need. They are not a huge company which makes their support easily accessible....even across the globe.

Good, not great.

At this point it feels like the productivity boost we're seeing from using this tool is worth the development time and monthly fees. It would be nice if the results of a flow felt-more app like, especially for dashboards

Pros:

Easy to set up chain of actions to accomplish the task at hand, integration with Google Drive has worked well for us, the primary reason we adopted this tool.

Cons:

The interface is a bit rough and requires more pointing, clicking and dragging then I think are necessary. There are functions, such as selecting tokens, where some redesign, such as a persistent token picker window, would alleviate a lot of repetitive action. It would also be great if the dashboard function could work more independently of the larger Zenphi interface. We have some tech-phobic users, and they find the dashboard interface too cluttered and difficult to use.

Pros:

Fernanda and Aravin have been incredibly responsive, more so than I've ever experienced with tech support. I've enjoyed learning to modify and create my own flows to automate processes that were previously manual.

Cons:

Search function occasionally just doesn't work. Editing tables manually can be a bit laborious, although I rarely need to do so.

Pros:

Zenphi helps a lot with multiple processes we have to automate within the school — from creating certificates to students to communicating with parents about the field trips. The great thing is that the tools is so flexible, that we’re not limited by the templates, and as long as you figure out how it works and how to configure the actions, the sky is the limit. We’re literality able to automate anything.

Cons:

The learning curve is not that short, especially for someone without a technical background. But again, after you get the idea, it becomes super easy and fast.

Pros:

Zenphi has been a game changer for our Wellness center! Automating Customer Onboarding has saved us so much time and hassle. I love how easy it is to setup workflows with the drag-and-drop-builder - no coding, no headaches. The AI-Powered Document processing is a Lifesaver! We used to manually enter Customer info from forms, and how Zenphi does it for us instantly. No more Typos, no more bac-and-forth. Plus, Automated Emails and SMS Reminders means Customers stay in the loop without us having to chase the, Honestly, I can't imagine going back to the old way. Zenphi makes everything runs smoother!

Cons:

The platform is Super powerful, which is great, but it took me a little time to figure out all the features and how to best setup our workflows.

We used to email our IT department back and forth for days to get approvals whenever we needed access certain data based we're using to built on-demand dashboards. With Zenphi it's really a set-and-forget flow, when we just need to fill-in one form, then the automation kicks in, and we get our approvals much faster with much less hustle. As far as I understand, our access also automatically gets canceled after the approved timeframe (usuallym from a couple of days to a couple of weeks).

Cons:

The UX is not as intuitive as with Zapier or other tools our team was used to. Also, Zenphi has so much actions to choose from, that it's sometimes confusing which one should be a better fit. On the upside, the support team is always accomodating and eager to help

I feel like a nocode programmer

We make new integrations with our Jira every day to automate absolutely all the routine activities of system administrators. Tasks are now closed automatically because Zenphi works.

Sometimes, in the text editing field, when I substitute a variable with @, the text is moved to the next line. This is not very convenient, because I wanted to keep my hands on the keyboard and not add a variable through the menu, when it is possible to do it through @

Phenomenal! The product is fantastic and has taken an irritating workflow and turned it into a magical, easy to use tool that everyone on my team can use. We use Google Suite and we have struggled to find a workflow automation product that specializes in Gsuite. When I stumbled on Zenphi I was more than a little intimidated, but the team is AMAZING! Truly, every concern I had about being able to conceptualize and easily implement our workflows disappeared when I started working with this team. I'm tech savvy, but I'm not a programmer and this product/team makes it easy to get excited about workflow design.

Cons:

I feel like I needed the team to hold my hand through the initial workflow design and implementation. It might be easier to conceptualize for someone who has more experience in this arena, but for me, it wasn't something I was comfortable doing with out a little help and some guidance. Luckily, the team is fantastic and I have felt so well taken care of through their support and service.

With the help of the zenphi bots and analytics engine, you can track every action that a user takes and then set processes to automatically execute or trigger actions based on user actions. • UNLIMITED ENTRY POINT: zenphi has been designed in a way that allows you to scale and grow your data as your needs evolve. Multiple entry points are available for any user and each entry point can be customized to meet your specific business needs. With Google Analytics available as an option, you can track every view or action taken by users.

Cons:

It’s important to know what the competition is doing, but you need to focus on how you’re going to differentiate and stand out. At the moment, it's a little expensive for covering all use cases on the lower end. The price is high enough that it would be hard to justify it for a small side project. For example, one would need to make a very large number of requests on the free tier to make it worthwhile.
