Pros:

WPS compiles a bunch of features to open the doc, ppt, doc, exl etc files to the full potential. It is one of the leading application for the students as it is much handy in the mobile for our daily use. The way it allows to edit, share, view, convert and manage the files is so much good that we have to appreciate it.

Cons:

The one thing i hate about WPS is that the featureful and perfect app only comes to the paid version. It should have policies of usage to students at much cheaper price. One of the major flaw I found in WPS was i automatically saves opened file which causes the space problem in much cases.

I had to use many apps but WPS Office had all of them in it.

WPS Office Is My Most Used Software

I have used WPS Office almost every day for several years, and it has worked great for me. I do so much using the Presentation format.

The price is cheaper but the program is just as effective as Microsoft office.

Cons:

I had to pay to edit PDF files. That is about the only reason I had to get WPS Pro.

Pros:

I use WPS Office to manage my word document, spreadsheet, and presentations all at once without safety on compatibility issues whenever I share files with my other colleagues who use other suites.

Cons:

When I change to a new device sometimes the cloud sync fails to update me of my current changes so I have to check on the file to make sure it is up to date.

Pros:

The WPS Office allows me to easily export files without switching to other programs. The pivot-table facility of Spreadsheets allowed me to get the analysis of data done inline, and the tabbed interface kept several files in good order.

Cons:

Sometimes in large Excel-like file saving, I have found a bug in that when the file is reloaded, formula alignment of the cells is lost.

I can handle my files in an orderly way across devices and do not need to have various apps open. I go for this tool when I have to write documents or work online without installing other software.

Cons:

A few advanced chart options do not operate as planned, and it gets somewhat difficult to change them.

What I really like about WPS Office is how easy it is to use. The layout feels familiar, especially if you’ve used Microsoft Office before, so there’s not much of a learning curve. It’s also great that it supports all the common file

Cons:

What I liked least about WPS Office is that I couldn't fully edit PDFs unless I upgraded to the premium version. It was a bit disappointing since I was hoping to make direct changes without needing extra tools.
