Qulture Rocks Analysis

In general, the platform delivered well the processes of our performance evaluation cycle, such as the evaluation, feedback and Individual Development Plan modules.However, given the difficulty of adapting the platform, it seems that Qulture was built for smaller companies.

Pros:

Qulture Rocks is an easy-to-use platform. Not just for administrators, but also for users.Our company uses an user integration, where the platform's user data is updated daily, inactivating those who have been terminated and creating new users for those recently hired.

Cons:

When hiring, we were told that it would be possible to adapt our goals model to Qulture's OKRs module.Unfortunately, the platform has major limitations for customizing simple processes in this module.Furthermore, the acquisition of Qulture by UOL EdTech hampered some of their internal processes, specially the communication with the account manager and with any sector that we needed to contact to resolve a problem.

Qulture seemed like a more user friendly platform, in addition to having a more interesting financial proposal for the moment.

PDI product but is not conected to other products

Cons:

The integrations of the products, for me its all to separate, we dont have the one journey of the employee on a same place. To get the informations and dados is really hard and confusing, for exemple in the performance evaluation that we have to do or own excel to manege the process, so the platform only helps the employees to fill the forms and get their own reports after.

The performance review can be customized to fit the organization's specific needs and workflows. Employees can receive input from peers, managers, and subordinates. This can lead to a more comprehensive view of an employee's performance and we can register feedbacks and have our 1on1s tracked documented there.

Cons:

Getting all employees and managers to effectively use the platform require training and change management efforts.While customization is one of the pros, certain features have limitations in terms of tailoring the software to our specific needs but the Qulture Rocks team are very open trying to attend our needs.
