I like the speed and Efficiency of it,it significantly speeds up the process of finding contacts and building targeted lead lists,saving sales rep a lot of manual research time,

Bulk upload is not working well, making the interaction more tidious. And there is no an amount/month of bulk "enhancement" included, which is the feature where you provide company & name which give reliable results, versus bulk upload of names only.
