Overall, TrustRadius has been a truly great experience for me. I have been working with them for a while, and I was satisfied. helped me produce a large number of reviews for the product I submitted and grow the company.

Pros:

Users that publish reviews for software items are given favorable incentives by TrustRadius. Users that genuinely assess software applications or products receive prizes. It answers all of our queries about the software and dispels any uncertainties we may have had. I enjoy TrustRadius's good and user-friendly program the most.

Cons:

There are many favorable and negative reviews about the companies we look up on TrustRadius, which causes the user to become unsure about whether he wants to pick that firm or not. Customer service takes a while to reply.

TrustRadius - Best guide for product selection

TrustRadius provides geniune reviews in order to chose a product based upon the product perfomance. I personally suggest TrustRadius to rewise the reviews in Trustradius before purchasing any applicaton product. It is best and geniune application to provide better quality to user.

Pros:

The system UI(user interface) of TrustRadius is very easy and efficient to use. TrustRadius gives good rewards and incentives to the users who give reviews based on the quality of product. It is also beneficiary to the reviews in Trustradius, the manufactures of respective product can realize their errors and update their product based on the convenience of user.

Cons:

Sometimes it consumes more time to publish a review in TrustRadius. Some reviews are being written by fake accounts and misleading these application.

TrustRadius for genuine reviews

TrustRadius is simple to use and my personal opinion is more useful to have knowledge regarding the software by the reviews which are provided by the TrustRadius before purchasing.

Pros:

TrustRadius gives detailed reviews from the coustomer who has used the product. It's help me alot by guiding me to purchase me a useful software. It also provides rewards for our reviews which is awesome.

Cons:

Some reviews are found fraud. Which leads me in worng direction while purchasing the products. TrustRadius should be more concern about the reviewed person whether the reviews are genuine or not .

TrustRadius is a platform that helps me make good choices when purchasing products. The platform is more B2B oriented, so it is very strict on feedback. The user reviews are 100% verified, with the sole purpose of getting real feedback. This is what makes TrustRadius an excellent customer review site. In addition to that, it offers other services, such as product comparison. To enjoy better follow-up and advice, you just have to sign up on the site. TrustRadious is amazing because it was so helpful to grow up my business. There is one big reason why I like this platform a lot. For example, to grow up a new business it is very important to know what other people think about my software or product. Very difficult to find out the users who have used my software. But TrustRadious make this process super easy. They find out the right person who has used the product and ask for an honest review. As a software business owner, I can't remove any negative or positive reviews, there is no control in my hand. This thing makes TrustRadious more amazing!

Cons:

I saw on the other products, some people leave fake reviews but in a professional way and TrustRadious approve it. They can't find out a real or fake review sometimes, this is the only thing I don't like about TrustRadious.

The best feature i liked the most about trust radius is that it provides incentives and rewards for writing software reviews the user interface is very beginner friendly, easy to use and set-up

Cons:

Many of the users write fake reviews which are not genuine.It affects other users who purchased a particular software by reading that reviews.
