Way to go MIR keep up the good work it is working goood for us ...

a lot more detail and focus in maintenance then our last software and the more detail you insert and more information the belter result you get ..

how detail it is and easy to use ..it was challenging at the start but once you start navigat in it it work great

Cons:

well getting it started was touch from the last software where the other one we use enter to move this one don't ...

DFS utilizing the benefits of MIR-RT

As we become more familiar and comfortable with MIR-RT we are recognizing more value daily. Last week we did a live inventory count and reconciliation. When we have had issues either tech support or dealing with [sensitive content hidden] has been quick and with easy understandable resolves.

Pros:

We initially wanted a basic program that will allow us to create work orders and so some history tracking. This system has done precisely that, with customer support being terrific!

Cons:

Our initial onboarding with the program seemed to be a struggle but after accepting "change" everyone started to use the program without issue. The fact that we are likely going to need to buy another license or two to allow more users is a bit disappointing now that we are considering integrating our accounting program with MIR-RT

we chose because of cost, the features that were most important to us, the ability to expand and utilize more of the program as we grow. A CANADIAN COMPANY

Not ideal for truck repair shops

- thorough training - easy historical tracking of parts & work done to units

Cons:

- averages fluctuating parts costs (designed for a fleet of trucks, not retail applications) - not super user friendly (for lack of better terms it's clunky) - times for different types of the same work (example, 3 hours of brake work is totaled when we want to assign 2 hours for caliper replacement and 1 hour for pad replacement, we can separate it but we cannot edit the labour description)

Great product!

Based on prior software purchases/integration, MIR-RT has been a great overall experience. Quote was accurate, negotiation was fair, implementation was on schedule and support has been top-notch.

Pros:

Software is very easy to navigate. Questions regarding use of product are answered quickly & clearly. Technicians adapted to it easily.

Cons:

Small issue with connection of peripheral devices. Not completely the fault of the software. Our IT provider and MIR-RT are working together to correct this.

Canadian company, local support, Other users in our area happy with product and recommended it. Demonstrated real world use to us which was impressive..

Dossier was not user friendly, difficult to use, did not track critical required maintenance properly, support was very poor, too many excuses instead of solutions

"Seamless Transition and Exceptional Support"

We recently began our journey with MIR-RT, and it’s been a great experience so far. After a few weeks of using the system, we've been able to dive into its capabilities, and I’m seeing more potential than I expected when we initially purchased MIR-RT. The software industry often overpromises and underdelivers, but this has not been the case with DataDis. The support has been excellent, and the team is genuinely invested in our success. A special thanks to Fred, who was an outstanding representative of DataDis. It's rare to find someone who truly listens, pays attention to detail, provides insightful advice, and genuinely cares about helping us succeed. Working with him was a pleasure, and his dedication made a real difference for us. I’m excited to continue this partnership and look forward to many more successes with DataDis.

Pros:

We have about 3 months under our belt using MIR, so far, the things we like the most are having real time visibility into the Diesel Techs Day, drag and drop scheduling of the Techs, Shop Techs have the ability to see the parts we have in stock. Also, we can track repairs, warranties, and campaigns on our assets very easily and give the technicians visibility of the past and future work orders. Lastly the integration of our telematics makes keeping track of the DVIR process fully automated. I will do another review in 6 months to update our thoughts.

Cons:

All software has its own unique challenges. The one con we see is there is a mixture of French language sprinkled in here and there. On the positive side we are learning a second language and broadening our horizons!!

Reasons for choosing MIR-RT

In my opinion, MIR had a better implementation program and offered a much better support program to get us up and going quickly.

Reasons for switching to MIR-RT

Fleet Trax was outdated, and MIR was a much more robust system.

Organaization Booster

The on site training was great to get to know the system. The setup is all done before your training to make sure that any adjustments needed can be done before implementation. It's easy to keep track of my maintenance and repairs as well as parts orders and inventory so you never forget anything.

There is a lot of features available with the software. Anything you can think of for your maintenance needs is available on the software and is fairly simply to use on a day to day basis

Cons:

Having it as a server based system limits where you can use it but the Mobile Version is now available, we're excited to try it out

We were looking for an all in one solution to track repair and maintenance cost, technician productivity and keep up to date on all servicing

Good Experience

Cons:

The Dashboard does not have good functionality to breakdown budgeted numbers for a period less than one year.
