- I like the ability to have public request portals for our tenants to submit maintenance requests and the workflow allows us to review the request before turning it in to a work order.
- It logs me out often and doesn't allow me to upload pictures directly from my phone to the app. If I take pictures, I need to email them to myself and then use the web browser.

Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.
- Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).
