Zoho Calendar: Easy Appointment Management Tool and Great For Meetings

My overall experience with the Zoho calendar has been a good one. It is functional and quite easy to collaborate with the team.

Pros:

The ease of use and easy deployment makes it an ideal choice. We are a company based on Zoho Ecosystem. Honestly, it is one of the few products, I didn't find much flaw. The UI is good and it is functional.

Cons:

There weren't any flaws. It's just that if it can collaborate another tech stack, it would be awesome.

Zoho Calendar is a cost effective and solid calendar solution

Overall, Zoho calendar offers seamless and efficient calendar platform for teams and also individuals. It gets integrated with all Zoho apps and offers excellent scheduling and event management capabilities. It is cost effective and can be accessed easily with a mobile app. I overall recommend it.

Pros:

Zoho calendar provides an excellent scheduling solution. I personally like that all Zoho apps like Zoho projects and mail integrates with Zoho calendar. I use it for sharing calendars and meetings scheduling which can also be customized. Reminders and recurring events can also be setup with Zoho calendar which is very convenient. On the go calendar can also be accessed using Zoho mobile app.

Cons:

I experienced some syncing issues with Zoho calendar. It also requires more technical learning and offers limited third party integrations.

Looks nice, but lacks crucial features to make it a viable Google Calendar alternative

Out of the numerous excellent apps from Zoho, Zoho Calendar is definitely not their strongsuit. I would love to ditch Google Calendar for it, but that's not going to happen with the insufficient Outlook support.

Zoho Calendar has gotten a big UI revamp and now looks very clean nice modern. It's easy to use and integrates nicely with Zoho Mail. External calendars can be integrated as well.

Cons:

Collaboration with Outlook is quite bad. Declined meeting invites are not being delivered, recurring event invitations don't work, moving calendar invites to different calendars doesn't seem to be possible.

Zoho Calendar

Zoho Calendar has many useful features and work great, even greater if you are in Zoho ecosystem. Appointment scheduling is another used feature letting the team share booking links and let others schedule meetings based on availability.

I really like the clean user interface witch make it easy to use. The most important feature for is the way I can collaborate with my colleagues, it offers many customization options for events scheduling, invite others and manage shared calendar entries.

Cons:

Synchronization with other calendar apps is slow and I personally don't recommend as I had some issues.

An innovative and easy way to organize your daily schedule

Zoho Calendar is one of those tools that we call "productivity oriented" since it allows us to make a correct use of time to execute the scheduled activities in our team, everything that is sought in a tool for management and organization has Zoho Calendar for the use of users, for our particular case we implemented monthly views with integration of other third party calendars such as Microsoft Calendar, Google Calendar and subscription to personal calendars of the members of the working group and other areas to synchronize daily and weekly tasks, Google Calendar and the subscription to the personal calendars of the members of the workgroup and other areas to synchronize the daily and weekly tasks, also the integration with tools like Zoho Workdrive gives us the possibility to execute tasks within the same suite without the need to make use of third party tools.

In our work team there are frequent meetings, training on new adaptations and processes, socialization of indicators and feedback from the quality control area, all this demands a clear organization of our times which do not interfere with each other, Zoho Calendar and its focus on collaboration helped us to organize our time and thanks to the subscription of other calendars we can view the availability of time of our coworkers and other areas involved in scheduled meetings, also draws much attention the ability to adjust the time zone for some colleagues who are working remotely in another country and thanks to this feature notifications are synchronized without any inconvenience.

Cons:

The functions for which Zoho Calendar was implemented are specific and punctual within the work group and in each of the cases it behaves 100%, having already a considerable time of use we have not observed unfavorable points with respect to our needs; perhaps when implementing new processes where we involve more advanced functions of Zoho Calendar we can further evaluate the tool, for now it meets all expectations.

I feels average feedback about zoho calendars as there are still better options available to use and the experience I had with zoho calendars is not that great as compared to google calendar and other calendar tools available

The tool that optimizes your and your team's time

Zoho Calendar became a constant support to organizational and time management niver within our work group, in several occasions meetings or technical trainings were scheduled at times where these overlapped affecting the attendance to them; Calendar allows us with its fantastic collaboration orientation to add shared calendars of other parallel areas and thus determine the times of availability of the same, in the same way the other areas can view our times of availability and thus make optimal use of resources.

Cons:

At a functional level the tool behaves at the height, perhaps the weak point is in its visual interface or aesthetics as it offers few possibilities for customization, it would be helpful to diversify in fonts and / or colors.

Easily plan and schedule all work events.

Zoho Calendar provided us with a clear and complete view of all the events and activities that revolve around work, it allowed us to be organized and updated on the entire agenda (type of event, date and time); we used a common calendar for the entire team and it was easy with the implementation of Zoho Calendar to plan our time and that of our entire team in general, which with I take and allowed us to optimize our workflow and improve productivity in general.

I like the ease with which I can use it and how simple it is to implement. Zoho Calendar allows us to easily plan and schedule all important events in our work and non-work environment, such as: webinars and conferences, training for new operations, team meetings every month, and even birthday parties of colleagues and bosses, I also find it very useful to be up to date and organized with deadlines for completion and delivery of assigned tasks. Zoho Calendar helps me not to forget scheduled appointments with clients when their services require special follow-up; through the shared calendar the whole team is in sync and informed of upcoming events even if last minute changes are made, which is useful for everyone to be aligned on the same page. Last but not least its seamless integration with Zoho Meeting, Zoho Projects and Zoho Mail which are tools of recurrent use in our support department.

Cons:

So far I have not found anything to dislike about Zoho Calendar, there have been no issues during all the time we have been using this tool, it is quite functional and meets all our needs.

no more scheduling mistakes, Zoho Calendar will do it for you.

There are many ways with which you can assign or plan work within a company, but, having an alternative in the cloud that brings together qualities such as: planning, management, collaboration and besides all with access from anywhere in the world makes Zoho Calendar an extremely strong and competitive option within the range of management tools; are notorious results since we started implementing Zoho Calendar especially in the management of time and delivery of assigned tasks also allows viewing calendars from other sources (Outlook, Icloud Calendar, Google Calendar, etc) without visually interfere in the original interface.

Through Zoho Calendar we have been able to organize events such as meetings, trainings or inductions to new staff in a simple way, just share the URL of our private calendar to provide access to scheduled events, this simplifies the task of sending mass emails to all staff to grant access to such meetings, the tool has certain features that make it very reliable and at the same time indispensable for a work group whose purpose is to optimize operating times, here Zoho Calendar comes into play because, with the collaboration of individual and group calendars it is possible to adjust the availability spaces in an effective way, in addition, it allows the differentiation between calendars to avoid confusion of assignment and also enables the assignment of personalized notifications according to each taste.

Cons:

For some colleagues or co-workers who have traveled to other countries have presented some difficulties regarding event notifications due to the time difference, Zoho Calendar allows the adjustment of the time zone according to the location and thus synchronize correctly to the rest of the work team, this for some people goes unnoticed until the moment they realize such a mismatch, a reminder or alert of change of location would solve these events.
