Amazon Connect vs CallHippo: Which is best for you?

We use amazon connect to power out chat and call systems, amazon connect is a secure contact center software and the price is totally worth the money, there are some learning curve on how the software behaves, but overall good call center software.

It is very hard to customize Amazon Connect and there are documentation online about customizing the software but not as detail as a truely opensource software.

It allows you to get plan according to the needs and pay for only services you wanna use, Great work team Call Hippo!

To convert a "Test Analyst" user to a different role (even with the Owner profile) I had to open a chat and talk to support. When trying to view the Help section, it redirects to a login page & even with the correct usernames & passwords, it says invalid login.
