The CRM integration is awesome because it automatically logs calls and keeps contact info updated, making it way easier to manage and track leads.

some issues with seamless connectivity to integrations but am yet to have comprehensive onboarding ;)

It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.

I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.
