The platform is well-designed, intuitive, and performs reliably. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that some of the advanced features could benefit from more detailed documentation, but overall, my experience has been very positive.

Sometimes it lacks features for an e commerce like us with multiple shops, the shops in our account are very seperated, so you cant copy from one shop to another.

The automated messaging, calendar syncing, and channel management tools work smoothly together, which makes day-to-day property management much more efficient.

Also, the VRBO integration had bugs and issues and did not work for about 3 weeks to connect, during that time we had a double booking and had to cancel on a guest for a reservation over the Thanksgiving Day weekend.
