About SolSuite

SolSuite is a cloud-based configure price and quote (CPQ) management solution that helps sales teams to automate their quotation routines and manage interactions with clients

SolSuite provides sales teams with tools such as discount structures, a centralized database for saving product information and pricing details, bills of material, quote-to-orders and renewals, built-in quote templates and a portal for distributors to generate quotes and share with clients. It features turnkey implementation and supports integration with various CRM and ERP applications.

SolSuite also features sales team performance tracking, role-based user permissions, approval workflows, reporting analytics and quote versus opportunity measurement to help users manage their quotation pipeline. A real-time dashboard gives information about lead and quote performance and displays immediate actions, pending to-dos and activity logs.

SolSuite offers support via email, phone and other online resources.

Pros:

This software has made it easy for our team to quote products and track information about those quotes. The system is easy to work with and has a minimal learning curve for my team.

Cons:

I wish I had more admin abilities but we use this system with the help of Solidify and they are very responsive to our needs. It'd just be easier to do the quick updates myself.
