Caterease vs HoneyCart: Which is best for you?

It is easy to use and billing easy and can be changed/updated quickly.

We have used the software for years and the only reason we kept it is because it was the first software we ever used. But it breaks down constantly, hasn't been updated in YEARS, doesn't work on apple, no app, no easy way to send payments, no one can ever sign the contracts, looks super bad from the customers standpoint and probably the worst software my business uses by a mile!

It has made receiving catering orders incredibly user friendly for both the business and the customers. If any issue ever arises (which is rarely), the customer service response is almost immediate and always able to help resolve the issue.

That it's not integrated with our POS system, and we have to look into different places for sales.
