It has been a very intense learning curve to become familiar with the software, but it is reflecting on the language and terminology used in the cemetery industry which helped immensely. Having a structured and automated correspondence in regards to cremated remains to clients has resulted in higher memorialisation rates. The ability to leave comprehensive notes on person and sale records assists greatly in achieving a timely and high customer service. The GSM phone App has greatly simplified our ability to achieve our OHS requirements while providing real time updates to managers and supervisors.
