About OneLogin

OneLogin is a cloud-based identity and access management solution that helps users control access to facilities, web applications, data centers, cloud storage and more. Key features include single sign-on, web access management, adaptive and multi-factor authentication and mobile identity tracking.

OneLogin’s web access management tool integrates with the existing web servers and helps businesses secure their web applications. Its adaptive authentication feature uses machine learning to determine the kind of security access that users need to fill in order to access the system. The solution uses a multi-factor authentication system that validates users’ identity through standard user ID and passwords along with one-time passwords (OTP) shared via mobile app and text messages, Duo Security, RSA and more.

OneLogin is available on a per user per month subscription basis. Support is offered via phone, email and an online knowledge repository. The solution is used in a variety of businesses including education, energy, manufacturing, government, finance and more.

OneLogin is nothing but helpful!

OneLogin is amazing. I have no issues with this software and it makes the beginning of each shift just a bit more enjoyable because I don't have to hassle with multiple passwords!

Pros:

I honestly really enjoy OneLogin because, as a Customer Hero, we use many different platforms to operate business every day. OneLogin allows me to connect all of those platforms to one source. I can now login to all my accounts at once without having to remember a bunch of passwords.

Cons:

If there are any cons about OneLogin, I have never experienced them. I truly love this software and would recommend that every office has it!!

It's a great software to get double factor authentication. The interface is very user-friendly. Through this way, big organisation can set up strong password requirements.

Cons:

Sometimes there can be synchronisation delays and it is more suitable for larger organisation, as it has a complex system.

We were really only able to use it as a password management program overall since OneLogin refused to offer any training, stating it was not economically feasible for them to do so. This program was deployed to us through our previous IT service provider and they were not familiar with it at the time is was rolled out so we were not trained on how to use the functionalities. When we moved to a new MSP, I had requested to have someone come onsite and provide a training so we could begin to use the product and more of the features as intended. The website states they offer this service and support; however, the sales rep I was working with at the time said that since this was not economically feasible for OneLogin, he was not able to offer the training. When I requested a virtual training or training materials so I could attempt to training myself , my emails went unanswered.

It has some bumps along the way, but overall a good software to use.

It's very easy to learn. It doesn't require any training, and requires little upkeep.

Cons:

Sometimes the sync gets reset, so I lose passwords. I'm not sure why this happens.

OneLogin secures our password, our Face ID or Touch ID when we are connected with the applications. In addition it is easy to use.

Cons:

the app sometimes burgs gold from capturing the QR code. but the integration was easy

Pros:

Biggest pro is the line of defense to keep all your corporate files and apps private. Adding the layer of security for each of your employees to have to login is a no-brainer. Additionally, at my company it only requires a password change once every 6 months which is nice. The login for 6 days feature is nice to so you can login Monday and not worry about it the rest of the week.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like, and this may be a company problem instead of a system problem, but it is annoying to have to login on each individual web browser.

Create common login credentials for all your accounts

My experience is good. It saves me from remembering multiple passwords and regularly changing passwords for some nor fhe other application.

It creates common login for all the accounts ease out the process of remembering different passwords for different accounts. It is the collaboration of all the required software and files that could be assessed with single credential.

Cons:

The biggest disadvantage is, If the common platform faces the server issue, the access to all other software also fails.

Who doesn't love something that makes your life easier?! This is a great tool to keep life simple and secure. You enter your password once and boom - done!

Cons:

There doesn't seem to be too much functionality beyond saving usernames and passwords. But I'm not really sure it needs to do more.
