Ease to use and how intuitive it. Also the help during the design phase.

Cons:

The lack of quality certificates. Last time that this was requested, they only had auditories reports.

We also generate validation certificates for each version of the Software that we put into production. Please contact support if you need help on this issue.

Customising EDCs that have all of the functionality and ease of use is a critical part of clinical trials and ShareCRF have worked closely with our team to design and deploy EDCs that are user friendly and still encompass all of the necessary features. Again,

Pros:

There are many things about this product that make it extremely valuable to our business given that it is a major part of our data management offering. The first is the strong customer service and interface with the team when our EDC systems are being built and customised for our customers. The team works very well with our team and the features are all easy to use, customisable and most importantly, cost effective for our clients.

Cons:

The reporting features have improved a great deal and once the integration with MEDDRA and coding has been implemented, this will be another important feature.

Cost (prices have increased considerably since the beginning, really focused on clinical trials, economically not easy to be adapted to other type of studies with a lower budget than a standar clinical trial) Management difficulties (sometimes you can feel you might lost the control).

We were looking for alternatives in order to get higher quality for our studies. The price at the beggining (few years ago) was really good - very competitive - and the quality of this EDC looks like pretty good, so we decided to try with this eCRF and we liked a lot.

The functionality of the system is very broad and it met almost all study's requirments. The customer support is excelent and always responsive. The PM was very proactive and highly professional. He collaborated to build the DB on time with high level of quality. We were highly satisfied with the first study and decided to continue using the system in the second study.

The software is user friendly with pleasant and customizable design. There are also some appreciable functionnalities such as missing data management or automatic queries closure which facilitate operational data management.

Cons:

Some funtionnalities are to be improved / developped for example API to integrate the eCRF data to global data pipelines, integration of Meddra dictionnaire, improvements to be done in management of ePROs and statuses.
