About YouTube

YouTube is a web-based video platform that enables individuals, bloggers and enterprises to discover, host and share audio and videos on a centralized hub. Video creators can create a YouTube channel to upload content, subscribe to other channels, create playlists and post comments on videos posted by other community members.

It offers YouTube Advertising, which allows businesses to create campaigns in multiple formats including skippable/non-skippable video ads, bumper ads and overlay ads. Marketers can utilize measurement tools to track performance on goals and advertisements. Additionally, it provides YouTube Kids, which enables caregivers to control and personalize kids’ online experience by limiting screen time, flagging inappropriate content, blocking videos or channels and more.

YouTube allows businesses to embed sign-up forms in videos and link videos to other channels, facilitating collaboration.

YouTube is a Daily Staple, and nothing really competes

I am a daily user and have paid for premium since it came out, and I think it's worth it. I use it for background music, tutorials, uploading, sharing, etc.

Pros:

It's free. It's mostly easy to use. It hosts videos effectively and makes them easy to share. There's quite a few handy features like branding and automatic fill-in. Video quality is customizable. I also use youtube every day for its content, for learning, music, etc.

Cons:

I've not needed customer support but I've heard from other users mixed reviews. I dislike ads, and so I pay for premium.

Beautiful YouTube

Excellent performance! My experience on YouTube has been amazing. It works so well for me with a lot of beautiful features eg. Quality setting,connect to TV , background play etc . I always use it regularly everyday because it is educative, relaxing, entertaining.

I really like as YouTube has video quality setting,which makes it so smooth to watch. I like as YouTube is very easy to use . It makes content creating so easy efficient. I really like their customer support team because they are very helpful and easy to get in touch with. YouTube makes video hosting super easy.

Cons:

One of the issues about YouTube is that it uses to have too much of ads , even though purchasing premium may solve this.

Pros:

You can find videos on almost any subject, and so much awesome music content! I have made some great personal and public playlists.

Cons:

Imagine you're completely immersed in a song, the melody washing over you, the lyrics resonating with your emotions. You're lost in the rhythm, perhaps even humming along, when suddenly, jarringly, the music cuts out. The carefully crafted atmosphere shatters, replaced by a loud, often unrelated advertisement. This sudden intrusion of commercials mid-song is not just an interruption; it actively destroys the carefully cultivated musical vibe. It disrupts the flow, breaks the connection you felt with the artist and their creation, and leaves you feeling frustrated and disconnected from the experience. The seamless journey you were on is now fragmented, leaving a lingering sense of annoyance that can taint your enjoyment of the music even after the song resumes. The immersive power of music is diminished, sacrificed at the altar of commercialism.

I find YouTube to be one of the best platforms ever created worldwide, especially for education and entertainment. I like the fact that it can be very helpful when you are doing research, presentation and business. It can provide answers to most of the questions you are looking for online, especially in the media.

Cons:

It can be very addictive, especially when it comes to entertainment. In addition, you need to choose wisely the credible information that you find on YouTube because some people can upload false content or harmful information.
