Very happy. Best app we have used at my gym and we have tried a few. It makes managing close to 200 members programming and nutrition quite smooth

Has a lot of features I use with my clients. Can deliver on-demand features and create flexible meal plans quite easily.

Cons:

Nothing really. I would like to be able to organise studio programs into categories though. That would be cool.

This is really good from a coaching perspective to be able to impact so many training variables alongside the different styles of training to be able to adapt for plenty of different clients.

Cons:

Nutritionally, this could be much more impactful with clients. This could have more of an in-depth tracker and association whilst having more of a check in style focused area. Being able tor review information provided by the client via some video associated with the app rather than an external service. Another area that could be improved is visually, Having everything in front of you from a client perspective and breaking with numerous pages instead of everything on the same page and much more of a modern and aesthetic look.

My experience with Everfit

Overall it’s a great software, they have since come out with many new upgrades that look nice and convenient from a backend standpoint but I’m still not sure about the load times.

The only app that makes sense to have as a personal coach atm

I have been using it for almost 3 years now and it is hard to want to switch to anything else. I like the app and I like what it offer. I like that I can make it my own.

The fact that it hosts both my nutrition coaching and my personal training. I do like the nutrition features available so far.

Cons:

The fact that there is not global leaderboard feature for clients who follow the same program. I coach CrossFit and also have a general program that multiple people follow. Also I do not like the community forum. I want this to be way bigger than it is. It seems hidden on the app almost. I REALLY WANT in app macro tracking capability with AI option to estimate calories and macros. This is such a huge miss not to have it

User-Friendly, and Continuously Improving Platform

Overall, my experience with EverFit has been genuinely excellent. The platform runs smoothly, it’s reliable day-to-day, and the ongoing updates show that the team is committed to improving the app for coaches and clients. I’ve found it easy to build programs, communicate with clients, and keep everything organised in one place. Aside from the pricing structure limitations I mentioned, EverFit has been a great tool that supports my business well, and I feel confident using it as my main coaching platform.

Pros:

What I like most about EverFit is how easy and intuitive it is for both coaches and clients. The app is simple to navigate, clean, and very user-friendly, which makes onboarding new clients smooth. I also appreciate that EverFit consistently improves and updates the platform. You can tell the team is genuinely committed to making the software better. New features roll out regularly, and they actually listen to feedback from coaches. From a business perspective, I think the platform offers good value for money. You can build structured training programs, create workout collections, and customize the client experience without needing multiple apps.

Cons:

I really wish the Studio features were available at a lower client threshold, such as 25 or 30 clients, instead of only from 0 - 50. That would make the pricing structure a lot more suitable and possibly cheaper for small but growing coaching businesses. Yes, there is the cheaper alternative to stay on the Pro Plan and pay for individual add-ons, but that ends up costing almost the same as the Studio Plan anyway.

EverFit Helps Me Deliver a Professional Coaching Business

It has been the best app I have used by far, very user friendly both for myself and clients. It does everything it needs and more for me to be able to run an efficient and professional coaching business and have all elements in one place.

Really useful to manage my business in one place and provide a professional service to my clients. I find the Resources Section useful. Customer support have always been very helpful and response time efficient. I also like that feedback is acted upon and the platform is continuously being upgraded. My clients really like the visual animals at the end of their workouts. I also like that I can upload my own video tutorials for both exercise demonstrations and resources.

Cons:

The initial loading time can be quite slow. I would like to be able to uploaded more resources into folders. The cap can be quite limiting. I purchased the billing / packages bolt on but it didn't not work so that was a waste of money.

A solid platform that is always improving

Everfit has a wide range of features and continuously looks to improve. The calendar view along with the view that allows for progressive overload across multiple workouts in one screen is huge.

Cons:

Altho the ai workout builder as it stands now is not useful. It sounds like they are improving however. I think the ai builder should first create a draft workout based on a simple request, like upper body routine with 4 supersetted exercises for example, then the coach can go through and modify before publishing it.

Everfit is Top Notc

Everfit has been amazing. The support team is so easy to access and incredibly devoted, there are constantly new upgrades being rolled out with a very clear roadmap and feature request page, and the features are pretty much unmatched.

Pros:

The platform is very comprehensive and the app is super high quality (especially with custom branding options built in). The workout structuring is very flexible, with a fully loaded customizable exercise library, and easily saveable programs. You can easily program alternate exercises for multiple setups (i.e. dumbbell instead of barbell deadlifts). The automations save me hours and hours with onboarding and the community forums allow clients to stay engaged with each other, or submit lifting videos for feedback. I also really like the option to send voice notes. Plus I can categorize clients into different subgroups. And offering on Demand Studio programs, workouts and resources really helps with the accessibility for clients who prefer a self directed approach. The customer support is also fantastic, with responses usually within a few hours to help troubleshoot things. The new "Master Calendar" feature allows you to see a whole overview of a clients training as well which makes periodization a breeze, now.

Cons:

Redundancy in some of the automation upgrades. Limited Zapier tasks and triggers. Payment System doesn't track client location data for tax tracking (I ended up migrating my billing to Stripe for this one). Unable to schedule direct messages to clients. Not officially compliant with healthcare privacy policy for regulated professionals (i.e. HIPAA, PIPEDA for chiros, physios, athletic therapists, RMTs, etc).

Everfit is the best coaching platform there is.

I'm really happy. My clients have never engaged with an app as fluently and as consistently as this one. It holds a lot of information and data which is great and for me is really easy to use.

I like how easy and aesthetic it is. It's incredibly user friendly and they're constantly aiming to improve and build upon it to make it more efficient for the coach. The support is quick to help you if needed which helps too.

Cons:

There's not much I don't like. I feel maybe the metrics could be better read and displayed with more details there but to be honest, I really do enjoy it alot. I'd also like the app to do a little more (like add forms to clients calendar but that's minor).

I found Trainerize was outdated and was falling behind other products in what they offered. Everfit seemed to fit my needs better and the app was constantly upgraded with new features that pushed the software more and more.

The Gold Standard for Fitness Coaching Apps

What I really like about EverFit is how clean, sleek, and professional it feels. It doesn’t bug out, it runs smoothly, and it has a ton of features I actually use every single day in my business. It makes everything feel organized and dialed-in, which is huge for me as a coach juggling a lot of moving parts.

Cons:

What I liked least about EverFit is the pricing. Some of their subscription models feel a little over-the-top, and the overall cost sits on the higher end. It’s a great platform, but I do feel like the price could be a bit more competitive.

I switched from Trainerize to EverFit because it simply runs smoother and gives me more of the features I actually need day-to-day as a coach. EverFit feels faster, cleaner to navigate, and way less clunky. The workflow makes more sense, the tools are easier to use, and it helps me stay organized without the headaches. At the end of the day, it just supports my business better.
