Things don't always get resolved right, and sometimes it seems our critical issues are not viewed with the same importance.

As with anything, this software's users would benefit from more specific examples for their end users (i.e. Trade Association, Chamber, Real Estate, etc.) to help users understand how to leverage the power of the software to solve their problems for their use case.

It has been a fight to get the software to meet our needs from day one - we didn't now what we didn't now and the deficient onboarding exacerbated the issues.
