About InnoMaint
InnoMaint is a cloud-based maintenance management solution that helps service technicians and businesses of all sizes monitor, measure, manage and execute maintenance activities. It enables enterprises to automate service requests, streamlining incidents and preventive maintenance operations across the organization.
InnoMaint includes field service management functionality, which allows users to handle installation, service or repair of various equipment/systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and fire protection. Features include geo-location tracking, schedule and ticket management, reminders, custom logo, audit logs, annual maintenance contracts, mobile applications and more. Additionally, the equipment management module assists administrators with maintaining assets inventory, recording details and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
InnoMaint comes with a dashboard, which allows managers to gain insights into technicians' performance, maintenance schedules and pending incident tickets via KPIs and reports. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.
