It's a doddle to use - importing data is easy, adding items is easy, structuring assets by location/type etc is easy and reporting is easy. This is important as it is used by a wide variety of people, each with different needs for the system and this is by far the easiest to solve all of those problems in one package.

Asset Panda was far too complex to set up in the first place and would have discouraged end users. Quartzy is clunky and did not offer a QR code system

Kaizen's barcoding system was not great and customisable fields were not flexible enought
