MaintainX vs MPulse: Which is best for you?

MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.

Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).

It would be much better if you didn't have to blue checkmark all your changes. If it would just keep and change the fields with out having to click on pencils all the time it would be so much faster to complete your work.

I did not purchase this software; this was already in the department when I took over as supervisor so knowing the previous supervisor, i blame him for some of the software functions being so confusing but like stated earlier, not having support when i need them can become frustrating sometimes.
