MaintainX vs Reftab: Which is best for you?

MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.

Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).

The ability to check assets in and out, assign them to staff, and keep a clean history of each item has been especially helpful in keeping our inventory organized.

It is taking us a little to setup how we need it but that is due to lack of internal resources to dedicate to it.
