- The main downside for me is the limitation on the free version. While the core tools are accessible, things like file size limits or batch processing can be frustrating when you’re trying to do more than just a quick task.
- Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
- I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.
