Kizeo Forms vs MaintainX: Which is best for you?

The use of Kizeo Forms has enabled us to schedule engineer workloads efficiently and its flexibility allows us to produce report data in several formats tailoring this to our client requirements.

Overall, it’s powerful and reliable for field data capture, with good automation, though setup can be time-consuming for complex workflows.

MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.

Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).
