  • Managing access in SharePoint is notoriously difficult. Because you can set permissions at the Site, Library, Folder, and even individual File level, things get messy fast.

  • The best feature is the security that the app enables—my users are able to download the audio files and listen to their heart's content without needing an internet connection, but at the same time, the files are secure within the app and cannot be taken out or pirated.
  • I had a hard time adding multiple members to a certain membership level because after each addition, the setting resets to the original level in the drop-down menu & I accidentally added members to the wrong level without noticing.
