Migration From Discontinued Search Appliance

We needed to migrate from the a discontinued search appliance, and Searchblox was extremely easy to install on our own servers. The software is fast and effective. The dashboard functions correspond very well with what we had previously used on search appliances. The software is handling over 60 searches per minute with no issues.

Indexing is blazing fast. The software has handled a large index very well and does not bog down when performing searches. Support is quite efficient, and response time is very good.

Cons:

Ideally, it would be nice if the license were lifetime and not a yearly renewal.

AI Is Transforming Search.

AI Is Transforming Search. and we need smarter search. SearchBlox already using AI, but need to improve to make it smarter. so company or individual can search eBooks, Documents they have for information/ answer easier and smarter. it also need built in viewer example Pdf. so we can open the documents at the information we are looking for
