About CoachVantage

CoachVantage is an all-in-one coaching management platform to help you deliver exceptional results for your business and clients.

It supports 1:1 coaching and group coaching. Create, sell and manage your programs easily. It generates a hosted landing page for your programs which you can also embed in your website.

Personalize your account with your own branding, colors and logos. Clients have access to a secure, branded portal so you can collaborate and share stuff easily like files, notes, goals, forms and more.

Key features of CoachVantage include ability to add unlimited contacts. It functions as a simplified CRM so you have everything about your clients in one place.

There's also a native video feature, CVMeet, so you can save on communication tools like Zoom. Manage your coaching engagements professionally and use the Automations feature to automate sending forms, notes and files to clients based on rules you set.

The 'Forms' feature enables you to send forms to clients or embed them in your landing page / booking page, such as an intake form.

mplate to help you get deeper client insights. The E-contract feature is modular as well so you can send to clients at any time, or embed the e-contract into your landing page. Great tool especially if you're starting to coach online

Overall it felt a lot easier to use and set-up was quick and easy. The support is next to none. I've used many different packages before like Dubsado but both they were pricy and had so many features to figure out. This one is much easier to use and set-up and because support is so responsive I can relax because I know that if I come across any stumbling blocks they're gonna help me out.

I love that the software creates everything you need for the sales process and it can also be used as a very simple CRM to keep track of sales. I also really like the way it keeps all my resources for easy access in one place and makes it easy to find during a call without fumbling around. Probably the best thing is that I don't need to use a lot of different tools now. I cancelled my scheduler which was costing me $15 per month because I don't need it anymore. The invoicing all also saved me using yet another tool. It's so efficient to have everything in one place, I feel that I can scale without worrying about breaking the systems in my business. So worth the price!
Cons:
The only difficulty I found is getting my logo to work with the layout. I suppose that's something I need to resolve with my designer. I want to use the feature that lets you customise the colours so it looks super professional.

I needed a tool that is not complex like Dubsado but still gives me the tools to administer my coaching business, I was using many upgrades in my scheduler too and it was getting expensive. I like the easy price and all-in-one-place set-up..

CoachVantage is an excellent platform for creating a superior coaching experience

I have been exploring various options and have tried alternatives, such as Simply.Coach and Paperbell, but for the value and investment, CoachVantage does it for me.

Although there are numerous onboarding videos, the platform is quite intuitive to set up, making it unnecessary to watch all of them. I think the platform has everything a coach needs to support their clients - a client portal, flexibility in creating unique coaching packages, onboarding for signing up a client to a new package, which can include e-signing the coaching agreement, and a way to tag clients with different attributes from prospect to client, plus other tags that can be created. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who is new to it.
Cons:
There is no chat support. It can take > 24-48 hours for a response. The knowledge base is pretty extensive, so always check there first.

This platform is so comprehensive and perfect for my needs as a life coach. I have way more options to create programs, contract templates, forms, upload resources, and files.

Full featured yet reasonably priced life coaching system

Since 2009, when I started coaching, I've used several other competitor systems as well as a well known modular based web hosting platforms, to run my coaching operations. While they are all decent systems and all have some good functionality, with each I always had to compromise too much. CoachVantage is a welcome exception.

CoachVantage is full featured yet reasonably priced. It's quick and easy to setup and simple to use.
Cons:
While it doesn't integrate texting or support coaching teams quite yet, I suspect that these are on the development calendar.

I also considered Profi io, and AttractWell. I didn't choose these because with CoachVantage I didn't have to sactrifice any features critical to my operations.

Wix is a decent platform but it's modular. It was too complicated to setup and too clunky to use. It was also too slow.

From the minute you create an account, CoachVantage guides you through the simple but intuitive process of setting up a professional end-to-end coaching system.
Cons:
Honestly, I'm finding it difficult to find cons. Everything just works. If I had a wish list, I would ask that CoachVantage would add 2 features: 1. Ability to SMS through the product 2. In-product video conferencing, having said that, CoachVantage integrates very well with existing commercial products.

The support team is always there to help you. Very responsive. The system itself includes all the features to start your coaching business. To sign up new clients, getting paid, schedule the appointments and managing them while they are on the programs, the Coach Vantage is the only thing that you need.
Cons:
Unfortunately, I use non-English language to communicate majority of my clients, and the language is not supported in some area of the platform. But, it’s not critical problem as messaging feature is not affected. Hope to see some improvements.

To be honest, the homepage looked more modern and had better impressions. Also I read somewhere that you guys are pretty adoptable and add new features all the time. I think I like that king of flexibility and willingness for the better change.

I love the ability to customize this to fit my brand. I love all the features-they're everything I need to make my job as a coach efficient and easy for my clients to engage. It makes me feel that much more professional. The set up is super easy and intuitive. And I love that you can embed a full programs page if that's what you want or simply link to a CTA button.
Cons:
I know they're adding this service so it's really not a con in the long term, but I would love to see the ability to include legally-binding contracts that can be signed and stored right in the platform. Also I would like to see the functionality to create group programs and subscription programs.

I LOVE the scheduler and that it gives you an option to automatically record the coaching hours. This was IMPERATIVE for logging my coaching hours for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification. I recommended it to ALL of my coaching school co-students.
Cons:
I honestly have no cons. The price is affordable, especially as a new coach.

All in One System with Stellar Customer Service- Beyond my Highest Expectations!

I researched many CRM systems prior to choosing Coach Vantage for my coaching business. I was looking for a simple, yet comprehensive and easy to use technology that could support all aspects of my business. Coach Vantage houses my scheduling, 1:1 coaching & group programs, client contracts, invoices, and client information & documents. I can’t express enough, how pleased I am by the level of support and the simplicity of use and comprehensive nature of the CoachVantage system. An additional consideration in my decision was customer service support, beyond just chat bots and email, which is difficult to find. The customer service support was beyond my highest expectations, with prompt responses, video meetings to set up my system and to work out any issues.

Sometimes difficult to schedule due to time zone differences
