User friendly. Desktop and mobile app are both very good. Love the way that I can use it to interact with my clients.

Cons:

Not a lot that I can find thus far. One thing I realized is that when I tried to create a profile for my clients, if I click somewhere outside the profile generation box, the whole thing will disappear. Some kind of bugs to be fixed.

Dont use any other coaching app

As a coach, MY PT HUB is by far the best value for money app on the market. and with updates coming every month I feel that the sky is the limit

I have been using mypthub for 5 years now and I have used every feature available. The price point and the ability to have unlimited clients is an immediate win for myself. The capacity to do both nutrition and workout plans that have ample resources are second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cons:

At the start there were bugs - but with monthly updates. these bugs were sorted out and now we have very minimal if nothing bad to say. I did not like the AI component, which is why I opted out of it.

I love it! I love how I have an app personalized to my business and was easy to set up! I don’t know if I would’ve found something as good anywhere else

I love all the amenities that it has to offer not just for the trainers but clients as well! It’s super efficient and easy to keep track of everything!

Cons:

I think personally the only complaint I have with the app is that when they do maintenance I don’t get a notice of that so my app may act up some times.

Good fitness app for personal trainers

Clean, easy to use for both my clients and myself. Affordable for a trainer like myself that isn't interested in 100's of clients to cover my costs... but works with me being a more low client base, high quality training programmes with time to connect with the wider family or wellbeing of clients

The templates are really helpful and easy to access. Even though I completely customize to make exercises and nutrition to what I need, I appreciate the templates for the cosmetic aspects of a visual online program

Cons:

Not enough exercise video's available, am needing to make quite a few. I'll probably have to buy more space to house my exercise video's

ABC Trainerize got too expensive, especially when I got 2 more clients than 30, which is near my max. Would need 100 clients to offset my overheads without compromising the $$ value I offer, but then it would also dilute my connection to individual clients

Great platform for staying on track

So far my experience has been very positive. As a new user, it’s been easy to get started and I really like how professional and well-structured the platform feels. It makes online coaching feel just as organised and motivating as in-person training. I’m excited to keep using it as I continue my fitness journey.

The platform is really easy to use and everything I need is in one place. I love being able to access my workouts, track progress, message my coach, and log my nutrition all from the same app. It keeps me organised and makes staying consistent much easier.

Cons:

There is a small learning curve at the beginning while you get used to where everything is, but once you’ve explored the app it becomes very straightforward.

Basically pushes you to purchase the higher priced subscription if you have more than three clients.

Price was great, client interface was easy, and I loved being able to add exercises easily! Also love the feature of being able to add trainers.

Cons:

Printing out workouts for people who did not want to use the app. The printouts were incomplete and only listed the exercise but none of the other detail.
