Paperbell is elegant, professional and friendly

Paperbell is an all in one solution. I'm so digitally disorganized and still slowly but surely streamlining my offerings, payments and scheduling in a way that really works for me. Paperbell has more functions than I realized when I began working with it, and the potential is so great to be simple and elegant, that I must learn to be more strategic! I'm blown away.

Pros:

The design in mind for paperbell was specifically for coaches. The setup is logical and practical.

Cons:

This is not a dislike/con, because I can still get the result with a workaround. But it's time consuming...So I wish there was a client birthday field that could be easily looked up. Even though Paperbell allows intake questions , and I ask for their birthdate as one of the questions, it would be cool to see who has a birthday each month for follow ups. I wrote to them an asked about it, and they said it's on the list of possible updates!

How it tackles so many needs in one stop (billing, appt. reminders, scheduling appts.)

Cons:

I HAD to use Stipe for the payment even though it shows Paypal as an option and I already have an account with Paypal so that was frustrating.

Almost the Bell of the Ball

I enjoyed my initial trial phase and enjoyed much of what was offered but in the end, it was not the most ideal for me or the clients I help to find smart solutions. I do think it's a great option for established coaches looking to streamline their processes and I appreciate that they are still finding ways to improve their offerings.

I like that it provides an all in one solution, the automated contracts and that you can customize bundle options depending on clientele. It is super convenient for someone looking for ease in execution once you are familiar with the process.They have recently done some upgrades which add to their appeal.

Cons:

Although it is an all in one, it has limited integrations and the price point is a bit high which can be cost prohibitive, especially for newer and smaller businesses. The fact that you can only access via the web is also a bit restrictive.

Ease to use and set everything up. It took me less than half day to have everything migrated from Kajabi over to here.

Paperbell Payment Platform Gets Better and Better

One thing I love about Paperbell is that they're constantly improving and upgrading. The Paperbell I signed up for last year was already a lot of bang for my buck (and I'm so glad I signed up for a full year, rather than month-to-month!), but the Paperbell of today is on a whole other level. For example, I had an issue where the wrong Zoom link would show up in my scheduled sessions. Shortly thereafter, Paperbell sent an email saying that they had tweaked the online conferencing process such that I could plug my own Zoom link into the session more easily. I think I got a better feel for the calendar management process, but there's room for that process to be even more streamlined.

I've had Paperbell for almost a year now, and it has been great! I love that it streamlines the payment, scheduling, and client management process into a one-stop shop.

Cons:

Payment processing is it's strongest suit, while calendar management could stand to be more user-friendly. I have had difficulty in the past with plugging in my calendar availability for certain programs, even though my synced calendar would show a time slot as being available. I had to disconnect and reconnect my Google calendar to get it to work correctly.

Price, the right combination of features, and overall user-friendliness. I also love the fact that Paperbell was started by a personal development coach who gets what us folks need as fellow practitioners.

The intuitive client management choice

Schedule and payments are breeze. It has allowed me to make the best use of my time and collect subscription payments seamlessly. Although the client note section is very clunky, Zapier integrations allow an easy fix.

I love Paperbell. It is easy to set up and deploy. My clients find it quite easy to use. The developers consistently add more features so the program becomes more robust. And it's great as it is!

Cons:

I don't have any complaints! But some clients have a difficult time with the login process and finding the client portal. Paperbell has done quite a bit recently to help with the second issue. The client notes section is very clunky.

It was the most intuitive to use. I could see the developers were improving it for the long haul. The price was great.

I was looking for a more updated program that had more features and had a more modern feel.

It was very easy to set up Paperbell compared to other pricier brands. It easily connected to my website and allows scheduling to happen without redirection from my site. I have a clean client facing interface.

Cons:

I wish the store front could be more customizable because it just looks like a bunch of boxes just thrown on the screen without regard to make it look attractive. It would be nice to choose from a pre-existing template for how the store front will look or even the package landing/checkout pages. I wish clients could message me or email me directly in the app. A testimonial feature built in would be amazing.

Reasons for choosing Paperbell

The other product was too difficult to set up and it wasn't created exclusively for coaching so I would have to do a lot of work to make it appeal to my audience and to figure out how to set it up.

Paperbell makes it easy

The customer service is very good in terms of responsiveness and taking my suggestions and questions into account. So far, I've had a good experience overall in client scheduling and management.

I like that my contracts are automatically connected to halo sign and I don't need to worry about not completing the signing process.

Cons:

That I can't change the date for recurring payments

It’s organized, simple and like that you can do changes and updates on your landing page.

Cons:

Few things can be updated. - have a generic message triggered based on what the clients are doing. I.e thank you messages - AI powered learning. I.e Navigation for the user and the client - Have more options for modifying when using the web editor I.e fonts, text, color - Maybe have an app
