- It seems the product is going in the direction of offering more complete video project management. While I see these could be useful for video production teams, we don't really need the extra project management features as we manage all projects in a separate project management software which includes much more than video-related tasks.
- customer service is terrible if you go over your storage limits (even by accident) they suspend your account and you can't access anything and all your link break
- I use OneDrive everyday it allows me to keep multiple documents and rarely have issues when opening the documents the issues are related to the internet connection more than the product.
- Although reliable most of the time, OneDrive can still get stuck syncing, duplicate files, or create conflict copies—especially with large or rapidly edited files.
