Klara vs Weave: Which is best for you?

Klara has completely streamlined our internal communications, has enabled us to communicate with patients via text without having to setup a separate portal, and transcribes voicemails!

It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart.

I have been using Weave for over three years now and it truly helps our office with every aspect of communication - chatting with team members within the office, being able to text patients, and sending digital forms.

There are multiple missing files from faxes being missed and confusion trying to work with other providers and facilities with a temporary fax number.
