Google Analytics 360 vs Pendo: Which is best for you?

Some simplification of the tools for the part time user would be really helpful. And perhaps a summary level of analytic data could be shared about all site visitors without revealing details on the actual individuals and their location or geodemographics.

I don't like how the data retention is limited, since some data is lost after some time due to the settings. And the product cannot be customized as I like.

It gives us data insights for all of our users, so that we can make sure that our customers are actually using our products and having a good experience while doing so.

Lack of "actual" dates/times in reporting and real-time action of guide completion.
