I like how we get so much information on each person, the number of visits the last time they checked in, how long they’ve been a member, we have the option of entering how much they paid the last time because we have a lot of discounts and it really helps us know what discount the person had.

That is mainly because we are open 24 hours a day and sometimes members have not paid their monthly dues and can't get in until the next working day.

My clients appreciate the reminder for their sessions and also a thank you for the birthday message that I am able to send.

I don't like that I have to pay in US$ as a Canadian business.
