- We use Joan devices for our meeting rooms, and I would say it's a great tool, however, the device is overpriced, since we pay a subscription as well.
- So far, for simple things it looks like it does it's job, but if you want to embed the display into an Iframe or it you want to do your own custom content, there is a lot of issues.
- I like the purchase and payment system and the way every actions are linked with my mail, to ensure clarity of every uses of the app.
- Some native language and actions in the platform are not as intuitive as we'd like, such as the process of enabling refunds and account credits.
