I like the search feature the most as well as the folders for organizing mail etc. profile pictures and the chat is very convenient for finding the person you’re sending mail to.

one main thing is the memory which gets used in your google account if you are backing up your photos in google photos app , it will eat up your gmail memory and you might stop receiving emails if you dont upgrade.

Note tracking and taking felt quite helpful among users.

I also think that it is slightly expensive for what it offers, but there are not many alternatives out there doing this.
