  • They also outsource their customer service to a call-house/call-houses in India - more than half the time I needed help, someone with a heavy Indian accent answered my calls, and while they need and deserve jobs, it's really important that a companies support team can be understood by their customers, especially when tension/frustration/etc can be involved easily.
