And it also has 940 mbps down and up. #### Cons Wifi speeds is about 50mbps by default. If you plug in ethernet you can get to 940 Mbps. But from asking around, it seems like everyone is hard stuck to around 50mbps via Wifi no matter what. It could be the free modem they provided is just bad. #### Reasons for choosing CenturyLink Chose over Comcast Xfinity's "gigabit" because Xfinity only has 20 mbps up and it's super hidden. Xfinity has all these gotchas and that CenturyLink simply doesn't have.
