HubSpot CRM vs Workbooks: Which is best for you?

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.

We have been able to transfer our processes into the Workbooks framework relatively simply, and as a result our reporting has been massively improved.

Sometime records are slow to update/save.
