- The ease in getting volunteers for events or parties (no more links and logins to Signup Genius!) and being able to see a report of who signed up for what, and the overall ability to communicate with parents has been terrific.
- I think the billing/invoicing parents could be a little more straightforward and simple, and I think overall training is lacking. When going through training, there were never "what-if" scenarios or examples given in training.
