I want to share my experience with Lightspeed POS, which has been disappointing and frustrating from the start. When I first signed up, I was assured by our sales representative that we could use our own credit card processor and that Lightspeed would only charge a monthly subscription fee of $246.66.

The round-up donation feature is particularly effective, generating impressive revenue, while the text messaging capabilities and integrated loyalty program are instrumental in building a strong and engaged customer base.

The visual design of the product appears somewhat outdated compared to other software we've used.
