Salesforce Sales Cloud vs The Newspaper Manager: Which is best for you?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is great because it centralizes all sales data like how much has been made, seller data like phone numbers and address and also tracks time spent on projects.

Salesforce may feel overwhelming and expensive compared to simpler dental CRMs. If implementing for front of house staff, it can be overwhelming to train and add this piece of software to staff who already juggle phones, scheduling, insurance, and patient interactions.

If someone reached out to conduct training on the updates and made the program's updates easier to understand, I think it would be even better.

Most of my difficulties come with being very new to marketing in general and finding the time to learn and utilize ALL of Newspaper Managers capabilities.
